How do the included minutes work?โ–พ

The AI Autopilot plan includes 1,250 AI minutes per month. Minutes are counted only when the AI voicebot is actively on a call โ€” hold time, ring time, and post-call processing are not billed. If you exceed 1,250 minutes, overage is just $0.07/min. Usage is tracked in real-time on your dashboard.

Can I switch between plans?โ–พ

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between Human, AI Autopilot, and Hybrid plans at any time. Changes take effect immediately. No lock-in contracts on any plan.

What happens if my AI can't handle a call?โ–พ

On the AI Autopilot plan, the AI will gracefully inform the caller and offer to take a message or schedule a callback. On the Hybrid plan, calls are seamlessly transferred to a human agent with full context.

Do you charge for WhatsApp messaging separately?โ–พ

Supercall pricing covers the voice call handling. WhatsApp Business API messaging fees (for text messages, follow-ups, etc.) are billed separately by Meta through your BSP. We can help you set this up.
